What we did:

Realisation of the automation and electrical system in the factory Heineken Italia, in Comun Nuovo (BG). Delivery and installation of automation and distribution cabinets made by stainless steel to realise a filtering plant for sand and carbon to treat well water. The system includes a distribution cabinet and a 2-door automation cabinet and cable elevator, a PLC Siemens S7-300, analogical or digital communication (4-20mA) between devices, Profibus Protocol to connect PLC with electro-valves to control sand filters batteries (8 filters) and carbon filters for the second stage (4 filters). The implemented logic operations – monitored by dedicated P.I.D. regulators, aim at improving the chemical dosage management, both in terms of ingredients quantity and energy consumption.
